Rachel Black Johnson is the Founding Broker of RBJ Group Real Estate, bringing a powerful blend of experience, determination, creativity, and strategic insight to every client she serves. With more than $70 million in career sales, Rachel has built her reputation through strong negotiation, innovative marketing, personalized service, and an unwavering commitment to her clients’ goals.
Raised in a family of real estate agents, investors, and developers, real estate has always been part of Rachel’s foundation. She understands the process from both sides of the table and approaches each transaction with the perspective of a seasoned business owner, investor, and trusted advisor.
Whether she is helping a first-time buyer, marketing a luxury property, guiding a military family through relocation, or advising a client on an investment opportunity, Rachel is known for her hands-on approach, high energy, professionalism, and ability to make complex decisions feel manageable. Before entering real estate full-time, Rachel spent 13 years as a successful small-business owner and salon manager. That entrepreneurial experience shaped the way she serves clients and leads her brokerage today. She later earned a degree in Web Design and Development, recognizing early how technology, digital marketing, and storytelling could transform the way homes are presented and sold.
Rachel continues to study local market conditions, emerging trends, and investment strategies so her clients can make informed decisions—not only for today, but for their long-term financial future. Her goal is to help people use real estate as a tool to create stability, opportunity, and generational wealth.
