She found purpose in working with buyers, especially first-timers, and quickly developed a talent for identifying sound investments and navigating the inspection process with confidence and clarity.

Now a licensed Realtor in both Nevada and California, Kym brings over 16 years of industry experience and personal investing knowledge to every transaction. As a seasoned investor herself, she is deeply committed to helping others not only find the perfect home—but also make smart, wealth-building decisions through real estate.

Kym’s background includes executive leadership in Human Resources across multiple industries, where she managed teams and built strong organizational cultures. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from California Southern University and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree.

Married to an Air Force veteran and the proud partner of a fellow entrepreneur—her husband owns Top Dog Hauling—Kym is passionate about serving military families, VA buyers, and fellow small business owners. Outside of real estate, she enjoys R&B and country music, traveling with family, and exploring national and state parks. A proud dog lover, Kym dreams of one day owning a ranch where her “spirit animals” can live their best life.
